1. Cancellation by Zupera
There may be circumstances in which we are unable to accept or must cancel an order. Such cancellations may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Limited availability of products,
Inaccuracies or errors in product details or pricing information,
Issues identified by our credit or fraud detection systems,
Any other unforeseen operational or technical issues.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. In such cases:
You will be informed via email, SMS, or phone call regarding the cancellation,
If any payment has been made, the same will be refunded to you in accordance with Section 3 of this Policy.
We may, in some cases, require additional verification or information before accepting your order.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your order within 3 (three) hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If the cancellation is initiated after the order has been shipped but before delivery, you may refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery. In such cases, no refund will be initiated.
Once the order is delivered and accepted, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
3. Refund and Return
No returns or refunds will be processed once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the order could not be delivered to the Customer, as confirmed by our records and/or delivery partners.
Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, subject to standard banking timelines.
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the product details before placing an order. Orders placed for incorrect items will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
Please do not accept delivery if the packaging is torn or visibly damaged.

Any product found with a broken seal will not qualify for return or refund.
All deliveries are OTP verified. If your order status shows “delivered” but you have not received the product, you must report this via the Contact Us page within 24 (twenty-four) hours. The Company will investigate the issue and resolve it on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
